In looking to uphold the organization’s mission of making complex processes easy and providing a true culture of service with global reach, CapRelo came to Carousel30 with a request for a new website that would showcase their mission, values, and capabilities on a newer and more flexible platform.

The challenge


With the challenge of creating a website that would demonstrate a commitment to customers, partners, and employees, Carousel30 wanted to ensure that the idea of Global capabilities was clear and came across on every piece of content seen throughout the website. Even more importantly, the website needed to provide more comprehensive analytics/reporting capabilities with the ability to conduct multivariate testing and marketing automation, support integration with the organization’s CRM and non-digital marketing tactics, and pave the way to achieve CapRelo’s goal of increasing conversions through the website, enhancing optimization and measurement capabilities, and improving the flexibility and ease-of-use of the Content Management System.

The process


To create a website that would demonstrate CapRelo’s subject matter expertise and thought leadership in the corporate relocation market, an emphasis was put on building a site that would support the organization’s content marketing strategy as this would allow the organization to showcase infographics, videos, webinars, and other thought leadership content to further solidify its expertise in the industry. In addition to the content marketing strategy development and implementation, Carousel30 worked with CapRelo to integrate third-party programs such as HubSpot onto the website to better analyze and understand customer data. While initially Carousel30 worked collaboratively with CapRelo to create a website which would use the Ektron Content Management System in 2014; more recently, Carousel30 assisted CapRelo in moving from Ektron to the Drupal Content Management System on Acquia’s hosting platform during early 2017.

Throughout the years, Carousel30 has continued to work with CapRelo to proactively optimize the website and add additional functionality that supports new marketing and sales efforts as they evolve over time. Between the Ektron website and now the Drupal website, CapRelo has continued to promote their brand in a sophisticated and consumer-first manner which has assisted in achieving the goal of increasing conversions through the website, enhancing optimization and measurement capabilities, and improving the flexibility and ease-of-use of the Content Management System.
