Carousel30 supported the launch of Navy Federal Credit Union's new online banking service with several digital marketing items. Carousel30 worked with Navy Federal Credit Union on several digital components of the product rollout for their new Online Account Access. The goal was to ensure current customers had a smooth transition from the current product to their newly-designed interface.
As the largest credit union in the country, Navy Federal Credit Union has a diverse set of customers from every age, and with a wide variety of technical expertise. As such, when it came time to roll out their new online banking platform, they had to make sure that the experience would be as seamless as possible. Working with Carousel30, it was determined that a short video tutorial as well as an informational microsite would be created to assist with the launch campaign.
Carousel30's experience in the financial services space, and particularly with banks and credit unions, prepared us well for this project. Our process started with in-depth information sessions to confirm the measurable goals and objectives for the product launch, and craft a content plan and approach that met those objectives. We also ensured that the content and structure was flexible enough to be modified over time in case new frequently asked questions arose from customers getting used to the new product.
We created a demo website that walks users through the new features first-hand, an informational portal that gives more in-depth information on the product, and a short video that steps through some of the most important features of the product. The Online Account Access product launch website is built with a Content Management System in order to be flexible and allow NFCU to respond to users' needs and questions. The video was created using animated motion graphics and voiceover that demonstrates the changes and enhancements that the new product brings
