Romie comes from a background of multi-channel marketing, project management and client services for large corporate and government entities. As head of client services at Carousel30, she provides strategic direction to ensure that technology, creative and marketing work together to accomplish our clients’ business goals. Prior to joining the Carousel30 team, Romie worked in account services providing strategic direction for brand and campaign management.
She previously worked as an Account Director at ENC Strategy, developing effective communications strategies and providing strategic direction and supervision of multiple integrated campaigns for the USDA, NASA, NetApp, Blue Coat, Constellation Energy and more. Earlier in her career, Romie worked on the client side, and as marketing manager at Sallie Mae, led the redesign of an internal website which led to a 60% increase in usage. During her time at Quantel, Inc., she planned and managed logistics for more than 40 events each year and oversaw all marketing activities in North America.
Romie is never one to turn away help from an animal in need, and between her two dogs, and (currently) two cats, could be said to be running a very upscale animal shelter out of her home. She frequently runs the National Mall on weekends, which only helps with her work on our client, the Trust for the National Mall.
